Shipping Policy

Quick Cleat understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.

Quick Cleat uses United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground service on all shipments within the United States and Canada unless otherwise noted by the customer. Please allow 1-3 days for processing, and an additional 3-7 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and which product(s) you choose. Promotional shipping (i.e. Free Shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the continental United States (does not apply to HI or AK), and could pertain only to orders above a certain threshold (i.e. $100).

Quick Cleat cannot directly ship merchandise outside of the USA and Canada at this time. All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii must be shipped 2nd Day Air or Overnight (no ground service available), and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If this should occur, we will contact you with the new shipping charge before processing your order.

Return Policy

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase from Quick Cleat, you can return the product(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. For products purchased directly from our authorized dealers, their return policy applies to your purchase. Please contact them directly for information regarding their return policy.

The following is Quick Cleat’s return policy for all purchases made through our website:

You can return your product(s) up to 30 days from the original purchase date. All merchandise must be unused / unworn, and returned in the original packaging. If possible, please include a copy of original receipt of the purchase.A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Original and returning shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.After 30 days, a store credit for the price of the merchandise will be issued on all merchandise returned within 60 days of the original purchase date. All merchandise must be unused / unworn, and returned in the original packaging. This store credit has no expiration date. Original and returning shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after 60 days of the original purchase date.

To avoid problems, please include a copy of your original receipt with the merchandise so we can process your return. Please note our return policy only applies to products purchased directly from Quick Cleat via phone, showroom, tradeshow, or website.
